In essence, when an event occurs that triggers the G Sensor, the dashcam will lock a portion of video away. The sensitivity can be set to prevent unnecessary saving of files (ie. If the sensitivity is set too low, every pothole and door slam will send footage to the black box, reducing the amount of available memory.)
