Shipping
We dispatch from our Adelaide warehouses every business day. Your order will be sent via Australia Post eParcel or by courier.
Most custom made items have a lag time of approximately 7-10 work days before dispatch. These include custom seat covers, floor mats, Protective Plastics and Window Sox.

This offer excludes bulky products and dangerous good. Bulky products will be marked as Bulky.
Example of long bulky goods are bonnet protectors, weathershields, modular slide out trays and side steps.
A flat rate fee of $15 is charged to orders $99 and under. There is a charge for optional insurance, covering breakages and lost consignments, however insurance is null and void if the address is incorrectly provided by our customer.

Bulky Surcharge
A bulky surcharge will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping cost will depend on products selected and delivery postcode.
Items that are not in stock. For items not in stock, delivery time is subject to the availability of stock from our suppliers, and delivery time may be extended if they don’t have stock on hand.
* Christmas Island and other faraway islands with the exception of Tasmania and are deemed as Non-domestic for shipping purposes. Freight will be added to orders.
Express Shipping
Optional express shipping is available for Australian customers. Express is guaranteed next day delivery.
Cost of express is $65 for parcels which can fit in a 5kg satchel (max 2 rows of regular seat covers). For larger parcels, the cost starts from $85 (3 rows of regular seat covers). Extra large parcels will need to be quoted. Express post orders must be placed over the phone. Orders must be received before 2pm Adelaide time, to qualify for guarantee next day delivery.
Shipping Loss and Damage Claims
- Shipping and insurance costs are non refundable.
- Regular orders with Standard Shipping do not have insurance unless you opt for Transit Insurance at the checkout page. This is ideal for ordering breakable protective plastics, such as weathershields, bonnet guards or headlight protectors and higher priced items to protect you from the risk of damage or loss during transit. Items lost or broken in transit are at your risk unless you take out insurance.
Can I pick up goods from the warehouse?
Pickups are not available.
Will all the items in my order be shipped together?
Most orders will be combined into one delivery. However, in some instances you may receive multiple deliveries. We will provide a separate tracking number for each order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order, however, as all orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of payment, please call us about changes or cancellations. We will endeavour to accommodate your request. Please do not communicate by email as it may be too late by the time we respond.
International Shipping
International shipping is now available. Shipping is provided by Express Post International (DHL). Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at our checkout page.
Parcels will only be delivered to residential or work addresses only. Shipping to PO boxes is unavailable for international customers. Shipping costs are payable for warranty claims.
