SteelStik is a hand-mixable, steel-reinforced, non-rusting epoxy putty that quickly repairs or rebuilds anything made of metal. After mixing, it forms an industrial-strength polymer compound that can be molded into shapes or used to build up, patch and repair steel components. SteelStik can be drilled, tapped, machined, ground, filed and painted.

Well well,surprise surprise, I was amazed when a friend gave me the stub ends of 2 tubes of "JB WELD" I had broken a vital electrical fitting in an German gear box. Not only was I able to fashion an urgent fix but was able to refine it by first filing to to approximate shape , but was also then able to fit it into my lathe & work it to the fine tolerance required of a ZF 8 HP gearbox. To my total amazement it has held up to quite a high heat & automatic oils, in a hostile environment,but has done so exceptionally well. My immediate next call was to order 4 cards for future use. However the product so far has out performed my expectations. But it is JB weld.
I have been using JB Weld for doing restoration work on my Datsun 200B Wagon , I use JB8265S for fitting new body skin panels into the body of these car's which I size , cut and shape myself , it's very strong and water proof and is very good for the finishing work of paint preparation , I will be back to purchase more from you again , Thankyou !
