If the problem with a product is minor, we will offer a free repair.
A refund however will be granted if the product is:
- Not of merchantable quality.
- Unsafe.
- Significantly different from the description in our listing.
- Does not fit or perform as recommended, and cannot easily be repaired.
Please note that we are limited by the natural size of the raw material and the seat covers may require joining pieces of sheepskins together.

Orders With Multiple Items
If you place an order with multiple items, we may need to ship them from different warehouses. Some of the items may also have different shipping time frames eg. hand made items.
The customer service was excellent with seat cover enquiries and ordering. Love the Sheepskin's for the front seats and custom-made Jacquard's for the middle seats.
I searched for custom made sheepskin seat covers and was a bit shocked by the price.
Motoquip are the only supplier that listed my car (Mercedes X-Class) and provided a selection of suitable universal seat covers.
The Rivergum sheepskin covers were a great price, have a long warranty and fit really well. They are very comfortable and look great.
